Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate presentation and cleanliness of guest rooms and suites, ensuring standards consistent with a luxury house.
- Prepare rooms for arrival and turnover service, including bed-making, linen and toiletry replenishment, polishing, and inspection of fixtures and surfaces.
- Anticipate and record guest preferences and special requests to enable personalised service.
- Coordinate closely with the Director of Accommodation and other operational departments (reception, concierge, F&B, laundry) to support seamless guest experiences.
- Ensure correct handling and storage of guest belongings, manage lost-and-found procedures, and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to health, safety and hygiene protocols; care for uniforms and supplied materials as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in housekeeping within luxury or upscale hotels.
- Proven knowledge of luxury hotel housekeeping standards and room preparation protocols.
- Oral proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated discretion, reliability and attention to detail.
- Strong team orientation with excellent interpersonal skills and responsiveness.

Experience
Minimum three years of hands-on housekeeping experience in luxury or high-end hospitality environments, with familiarity in preparing suites and anticipating high-net-worth guest expectations.
Education
Secondary-school diploma preferred; vocational training or certification in hospitality/housekeeping is an advantage.
