Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to Palace‑level standards, including turndown service and replenishment of amenities.
- Inspect rooms for presentation, safety and functionality; report and follow up on maintenance or equipment anomalies.
- Anticipate and record guest preferences and observations, communicating bespoke requests to the Gouvernant and housekeeping team to enable personalised service.
- Handle linen, uniforms and in‑room textiles following proper handling and presentation procedures; ensure laundry and storage standards are respected.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping brigade and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and a seamless guest experience while maintaining strict discretion.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury hotel housekeeping or equivalent high‑end residential service.
- Good spoken English (oral) to communicate with international guests and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail, precision and adherence to high service standards (Palace/higher luxury level).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to remain composed and responsive in a high‑service environment.
- Demonstrable team spirit and reliability; capacity to follow operational procedures and report issues proactively.

Education
