The Room Attendant helps create an exceptional atmosphere in Cheval Blanc Courchevel’s guest rooms and suites, maintaining Palace standards through meticulous cleaning, upkeep and preparation. The role involves anticipating guest requests, sharing preferences with Housekeepers and reporting equipment issues. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help create an exceptional atmosphere in guest rooms and suites, ensuring every detail is perfect.
- Clean, maintain and prepare rooms and suites to impeccable standards in accordance with Palace quality standards.
- Observe guests’ habits to anticipate their requests and share relevant information with Housekeepers so they can provide personalized touches.
- Ensure equipment is in good working order and report any irregularities to support guest safety and well-being.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Good spoken English.
- Strong team spirit.
- Rigor, precision and attention to detail.
