Role & Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the staging and maintenance of restaurant dining spaces to ensure service fluidity and elegance
- Develop proficiency in exceptional service standards through mentorship from experienced Station Chefs
- Master personalized guest reception and attentive service techniques suited to a discerning clientele
- Facilitate precise communication and coordination between kitchen and dining room operations
- Participate in pre-service briefings, professional development sessions, and special dining events
- Contribute to the orchestration of each service through dynamic teamwork and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a hospitality or culinary program
- Knowledge of HACCP food safety protocols and luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant standards
- Demonstrated gastronomy knowledge and passion for fine dining operations
- Fluent English (written and oral)
- Proficiency with office software and point-of-sale systems (Opera Cloud, MICROS preferred)
