Cheval Blanc Randheli is seeking a seasonal Restaurant Hostess to assist the Food and Beverage Manager and deliver a refined welcome across its outlets. The role covers guest seating, reservation coordination, and promotion of restaurants and catering events; it is a temporary, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in welcoming guests to the outlets.
- Guide and accompany guests to their tables or requested areas, providing personalized and attentive service.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and respond to requests to ensure their satisfaction throughout the experience.
- Manage reservation follow-up, communicate with relevant teams, and coordinate group requests.
- Contribute to a memorable guest experience from arrival through seating and dining to departure.
- Promote the restaurants and catering events organized by the hotel and Cheval Blanc Maisons.
Qualifications
- Diploma in hotel or restaurant studies.
- Experience in luxury hotels and resort operations.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Hostess in a similar establishment.
- Fluent English.
