Cheval Blanc Paris seeks a Restaurant Host in Paris (contract). Deliver refined guest reception and manage reservations for the Maison’s signature restaurants.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a refined, personalized reception and escort them to their table or preferred area;
- Manage reservations by telephone, email and in person, using SevenRooms to optimise covers and accommodate special requests;
- Provide attentive, anticipatory service throughout the guest journey, from arrival and coat check to seating and departure;
- Maintain rigorous administrative follow-up of bookings, coordinate group requests and communicate effectively with F&B and operations teams;
- Promote the house’s dining outlets and events to guests and assist the F&B Manager in initiatives to optimise occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma in hospitality/restaurant trade (BEP, CAP, Bac Pro) or degree in Applied Foreign Languages (LEA) or equivalent;
- Proven professional experience in luxury hotel or starred restaurant environments; minimum three years preferred;
- Fluent spoken and written French and English; proficiency in a third language is an asset;
- Practical knowledge of SevenRooms or similar reservation systems;
- Impeccable interpersonal skills, strong service orientation, availability, flexibility and a collaborative team mindset.

Experience
Minimum three years' experience in luxury hospitality or fine‑dining service; internships or initial roles in comparable establishments will be considered.
Education
BEP/CAP/Bac Pro in hospitality or restauration, or degree in Applied Foreign Languages (LEA) or equivalent vocational qualification.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
