Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and warmly receive guests for the Hakuba Japanese restaurant, embodying the Maison’s standards of refined hospitality.
- Assist the F&B Manager with front-of-house operations and act as an ambassador for the restaurant and hotel brands.
- Manage reservations via telephone, email and in-person, using SevenRooms to optimise covers and coordinate group bookings.
- Provide personalised service by anticipating guest needs, directing guests to their table or requested space, and overseeing cloakroom operations.
- Perform rigorous administrative follow-up of bookings and communicate effectively with internal teams (kitchen, service, reception) to ensure smooth seating and service.
- Promote the hotel’s dining outlets and F&B events to guests and contribute to a memorable end-to-end guest experience from arrival to departure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury hotel hospitality or starred restaurant service.
- BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in hospitality/restaurant service or degree in Applied Languages (LEA) or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written); proficiency in a third language is an asset.
- Working knowledge of SevenRooms or equivalent reservation management platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to provide personalised, discreet service to high-net-worth and international clientele.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury hotel hospitality or an étoilé (Michelin-starred) restaurant environment.
Education
BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in hospitality/restauration or LEA (Applied Languages) or equivalent vocational qualification.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
