Role & Responsibilities
- Manage telephone and in-person guest reception and reservations across all restaurant channels
- Greet, orient, and seat guests in the dining room with elegance and warmth
- Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless meal service delivery
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service and respond proactively to any concerns
- Promote restaurant offerings and special events to guests and prospective clientele
- Maintain adherence to Cheval Blanc service standards and established house procedures
- Provide discreet, attentive, and reactive service that reflects the hotel's commitment to excellence
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate +4/5 level education in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration
- Minimum three years of confirmed experience in the same or equivalent restaurant host role
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud and 7Rooms property management systems
- Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance standards
- Warm disposition combined with rigorous attention to detail and precision
- Exceptional interpersonal and diplomatic skills
- Discretion and rapid responsiveness under pressure
