Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks Residential Manager in France to oversee staff accommodations. Full-time, seasonal contract role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage staff accommodation budgets and ensure compliance with social regulations and property standards before the season begins
- Conduct initial and final property inspections and move-in/move-out procedures with staff members
- Plan and coordinate staff arrivals and departures throughout the seasonal cycle
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules and work lists for ongoing property care
- Provide operational support and accompaniment protocols for resident staff during the active season
- Distribute keys and document the condition of accommodations at check-in and check-out
- Report accommodation-related issues to management and human resources, proposing solutions and action plans
- Identify and manage staff-related housing concerns, coordinating with technical and HR departments
- Monitor property damage and manage security deposits
- Maintain strong communication and relationships between housing, technical services, and human resources teams
Qualifications
- Hospitality training, CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle), or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar residential management or accommodation coordination role
- Knowledge of the hotel and hospitality environment
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and accommodation tracking systems
- Fluent French; English highly valued

Education
Hospitality training, CAP/BP (Brevet Professionnel) in a technical field, or equivalent professional qualification.
