Cheval Blanc Randheli in Noonu, Maldives is hiring a Resident Manager to lead resort operations and guest experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational departments across the resort, ensuring cohesive delivery of service, cleanliness, safety and operational excellence.
- Report directly to the General Manager and translate strategic objectives into day-to-day execution across functions.
- Develop and implement strategies to elevate guest satisfaction, acting personally to resolve high‑level guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Lead annual budgeting, P&L oversight and resource allocation in collaboration with department heads to optimise operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, schedule and evaluate department teams; foster a high-performing culture through coaching, mentoring and performance management.
- Establish, monitor and enforce standard operating procedures, safety protocols and regulatory compliance across the property.
- Track operational KPIs and use data-driven analysis to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective action.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management (or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years' experience in hotel or resort operations within luxury hospitality, including at least 3 years in a comparable leadership role.
- Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrable track record in building and leading multi-disciplinary teams in a high-end hospitality environment.
- High standards of discretion, attention to detail and a passion for excellence.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years in luxury hotel or resort operations, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role responsible for multi-departmental operational delivery and budget management.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management (or equivalent).
