Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the reservations team, fostering a culture of anticipation, discretion, and service excellence that exceeds guest expectations
- Oversee all reservation operations with rigorous attention to detail, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc standards and seamless coordination across departments
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and optimize accommodation offerings
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of the resort's rooms, amenities, and services to create bespoke guest experiences
- Manage administrative processes meticulously, including booking confirmations, deposit collection, invoicing, and guest records
- Cultivate and maintain exceptional relationships with guests through discreet and personalized communication
- Train and inspire the team on the importance of confidentiality and refined hospitality standards
- Ensure operational efficiency and fluidity of all reservation processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality/Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification (MC Accueil Réception)
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in luxury hotel reservations or front office operations
- Demonstrated success in a comparable luxury hospitality establishment
- Proficiency in OPERA property management system and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of a third language is valued
