Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez seeks a Reservations Intern to support luxury hospitality operations in this five-star Mediterranean property.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Reservations Manager in managing guest reservations while maintaining Cheval Blanc and Leading Quality Assurance standards
- Craft and execute bespoke guest experiences by anticipating client needs and offering personalized service
- Oversee precise administrative management of all reservations, from initial contact through deposit confirmation and final billing
- Ensure seamless coordination between reservations and other hotel departments to guarantee operational excellence
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of all guest rooms, suites, villas, and hotel services to showcase memorable stays and optimize occupancy
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all guest interactions and data management
- Process and track all reservation details with meticulous attention to administrative accuracy and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Higher education in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or similar discipline
- Strong sales aptitude and communication skills
- Familiarity with the luxury hospitality sector
- Fluent English and French (written and oral)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud and 7Rooms property management systems (preferred)
- Understanding of Leading Quality Assurance standards (preferred)
- Proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese (preferred)
