Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a primary ambassador of the maison, delivering an elegant, precise and discreet welcome from first contact.
- Handle reservation requests and bookings across channels; ensure accurate recording and follow‑up in the property’s systems.
- Optimise room occupancy and allocation in accordance with commercial policy, seasonal demand and maison standards.
- Collaborate closely with front office, concierge and operational teams to ensure seamless guest arrival and stay.
- Support management of the telephone switchboard and generic reservation emails outside core reservation hours.
- Contribute to guest profiling, special requests handling and personalised pre‑arrival communications to enhance the guest journey.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in hospitality or equivalent professional training.
- Minimum three years’ experience in hotel reservations, ideally within the luxury segment.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory; proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese) is advantageous.
- Strong sales aptitude and proven communication skills for upselling and guest interaction.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion and a client‑centric mindset.
- Professional presentation and the ability to represent a high‑end brand with confidence.

Minimum of 3 years’ hands‑on reservations experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment, with demonstrated competence in managing bookings, rate/room allocation and guest communications.
Education
Higher education in Hospitality (BTS, Bachelor or equivalent) or equivalent professional training.
