Cheval Blanc is hiring a Reservations Agent on a full-time, fixed-term contract in Saint-Tropez. The role supports the Reservations Manager, oversees reservations and their administration, coordinates with hotel departments, and helps optimize occupancy while delivering tailored guest experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Shape the guest experience by anticipating needs, creating surprises and delivering tailored service.
- Assist the Reservations Manager while ensuring the reliability and quality of services.
- Manage reservations rigorously in accordance with Cheval Blanc and LQA quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with the hotel's different departments.
- Know the rooms and services thoroughly and present them effectively to create memorable stays while optimizing occupancy.
- Build excellent relationships with guests while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Manage reservation administration attentively and follow each step meticulously, from billing to deposit collection, to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Qualifications
- CAP, BAC, BTS in hospitality and catering, or an MC Accueil Réception qualification.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality.
- At least 2 years of initial experience in a similar establishment, in reception and/or reservations.
- Fluent spoken and written English and French.
- Knowledge of a third language is an advantage.
- Demonstrates kindness and consideration.
- Recognized for precision and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates analytical and adaptive abilities.
- Known for discretion and a strong sense of service.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years in a similar establishment, in reception and/or reservations; 3 years minimum overall.
Education
