Role & Responsibilities
- Craft bespoke experiences for guests by anticipating their needs and delivering personalized service while assisting the Reservations Manager
- Manage reservations with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with Cheval Blanc and LQA quality standards while coordinating seamlessly across departments
- Cultivate deep product knowledge of accommodations and services to create unforgettable stays while optimizing occupancy levels
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion in all guest interactions, fostering excellent relations with clientele
- Oversee the administrative management of reservations with rigorous oversight of each transaction, from invoicing to deposit collection, guaranteeing service excellence
Qualifications
- CAP, Baccalauréat, or BTS in Hospitality and Catering, or MC in Reception and Guest Services
- Proven luxury hospitality knowledge
- Fluent English and French (written and oral)
- Additional third language proficiency highly valued

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury hospitality, including at least 2 years in a receptionist or reservations role at a comparable establishment.
Education
