Cheval Blanc St-Tropez seeks a Reservations Agent in Saint-Tropez, France to manage bookings, optimise occupancy and uphold LQA standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Reservations Manager in day-to-day management of bookings and in delivering a bespoke guest experience aligned with Cheval Blanc and LQA standards.
- Process, confirm and update reservations accurately using the property management system; ensure meticulous administration of deposits, invoicing and billing.
- Proactively promote rooms, suites and services to optimise occupancy and RevPAR while maintaining service excellence.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and other departments to guarantee flawless execution of guest itineraries and special requests.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all guest interactions and records.
- Monitor reservation-related KPIs, prepare reports and escalate anomalies to management.
Qualifications
- CAP, Bac or BTS in Hospitality/Food & Beverage or Métier de la Communication / MC Accueil Réception (or equivalent vocational qualification).
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in luxury hotel operations; previous experience (≥2 years) in reception and/or reservations at a similar property preferred.
- Fluent French and English (oral and written); mastery of a third language is an advantage.
- Proven knowledge of luxury hotel standards and LQA best practices.
- High level of discretion, attention to detail, analytical aptitude and adaptability.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury hospitality operations, with demonstrated exposure to reservations or front desk functions in an upscale hotel; at least 2 years in a comparable role preferred.
Education
CAP / Bac / BTS in Hospitality or F&B, or MC Accueil Réception (or equivalent vocational qualification).
