Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks Reservations Agent in Saint-Barthélemy. Manage luxury guest reservations, optimize occupancy, ensure seamless coordination in a palace-class Caribbean property.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Shape guest experiences by anticipating needs and delivering bespoke, personalized service
  • Manage reservations with rigorous attention to Cheval Blanc quality standards and cross-departmental coordination
  • Master detailed knowledge of guest rooms and services, presenting them strategically to create memorable stays and optimize property occupancy
  • Maintain exceptional confidentiality and discretion in guest relations
  • Execute meticulous administrative oversight of all reservation stages, including deposit processing and billing verification
  • Support the Head of Reservations in ensuring service reliability and consistency across all touchpoints

Qualifications

  • CAP, BAC, or BTS in Hospitality & Restaurant Management, or Accueil Réception certification
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar luxury hotel property, in guest relations, sales, or reservations
  • Fluent English and French (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Opera property management system and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated discretion, precision, and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and adaptive capacity
  • Genuine commitment to personalized service

Experience
