Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks a Reservations Agent in Saint Barthélemy to deliver bespoke guest experiences and manage luxury resort bookings.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage guest reservations with meticulous attention to administrative detail, from inquiry through deposit processing and invoicing
- Surprise and delight guests by anticipating their needs and delivering personalized, tailored service throughout their booking journey
- Maintain rigorous coordination between all departments to ensure flawless guest experiences and operational excellence
- Leverage deep product knowledge of rooms, suites, villas, and services to highlight offerings and optimize occupancy
- Uphold Cheval Blanc quality standards and discretion protocols in all guest interactions
- Provide comprehensive support to the Reservations Manager in all operational and administrative functions
Qualifications
- CAP, BAC, or BTS in Hospitality/Restaurant Management, or MC in Reception/Hospitality
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in a luxury hospitality establishment (reception, sales, or reservations)
- Fluent French and English (oral and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera property management system
- Knowledge of a third language is preferred
- Strong sense of precision, attention to detail, and analytical capability
- Demonstrated discretion and service-oriented mindset
Skills
Experience
2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably in a reception, sales, or reservations capacity.
Education
CAP, BAC, or BTS in Hospitality/Restaurant Management, or equivalent qualification in Reception/Hospitality (MC Accueil Réception).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Saint Barthélemy, Saint Barthélemy, French Overseas Departments and Territories.
