Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks a Reservations Agent in Saint Barthélemy to deliver bespoke guest experiences and manage luxury resort bookings.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage guest reservations with meticulous attention to administrative detail, from inquiry through deposit processing and invoicing
  • Surprise and delight guests by anticipating their needs and delivering personalized, tailored service throughout their booking journey
  • Maintain rigorous coordination between all departments to ensure flawless guest experiences and operational excellence
  • Leverage deep product knowledge of rooms, suites, villas, and services to highlight offerings and optimize occupancy
  • Uphold Cheval Blanc quality standards and discretion protocols in all guest interactions
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Reservations Manager in all operational and administrative functions

Qualifications

  • CAP, BAC, or BTS in Hospitality/Restaurant Management, or MC in Reception/Hospitality
  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience in a luxury hospitality establishment (reception, sales, or reservations)
  • Fluent French and English (oral and written)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera property management system
  • Knowledge of a third language is preferred
  • Strong sense of precision, attention to detail, and analytical capability
  • Demonstrated discretion and service-oriented mindset
