Cheval Blanc Hotel Pitrizza seeks Reservations Agent in Porto Cervo, Italy. Luxury hospitality role managing guest bookings and Front Office operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily reservation activities with operational efficiency and attention to detail
- Guide guests through the booking process while promoting a seamless and positive experience
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences to deliver highly personalized service
- Verify strict adherence to LQA service standards and Hotel Pitrizza's Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain effective interdepartmental communication to ensure seamless coordination of hotel services
- Update and maintain the Property Management System (PMS) and prepare Front Office performance reports and analyses
- Safeguard guest and company information while ensuring compliance with payment processing and financial security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar reservations or front office role within a luxury hotel environment
- Exceptional planning, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with guests and colleagues from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds
- Fluent in Italian and English; fluency in French or another language is highly valued
