Cheval Blanc Hotel Pitrizza seeks Reservations Agent in Porto Cervo. Temporary full-time role managing luxury guest bookings and reservations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all daily reservation activities, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Guide guests through the booking process, cultivating a positive first impression and seamless experience
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service to maximize satisfaction throughout the reservation lifecycle
  • Verify strict adherence to LQA quality standards and Hotel Pitrizza's Standard Operating Procedures across all interactions
  • Facilitate effective and timely communication with all hotel departments to ensure coordinated service excellence
  • Maintain Property Management System (PMS) accuracy, generate Front Office performance reports, and conduct operational analyses
  • Safeguard guest and company information while adhering to all money and payment management protocols

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of significant experience in a reservations, front office, or back office role within a luxury hotel
  • Exceptional planning and time management capabilities with demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication skills with fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language such as French is highly valued
  • Proven ability to engage professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds
