Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end reservation processes, ensuring accuracy from initial booking through invoicing, deposits and pre-arrival documentation.
  • Support the Reservations Manager by maintaining high standards of service reliability and operational quality for the Maison.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between reservations and internal departments (front office, F&B, spa, villas) to guarantee seamless guest experiences and accurate room allocation.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of rooms, villa categories and hotel services, and proactively upsell appropriate experiences to optimise occupancy and RevPAR.
  • Handle confidential guest information with discretion and maintain exemplary standards of guest relations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury hotel or resort operations, including at least 2 years in a reservations role or similar function.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Demonstrable experience with reservations workflows, billing procedures and deposit management.
