Role & Responsibilities
- Manage guest reservations with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc's quality standards and seamless departmental coordination
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all room categories and services, presenting them persuasively to optimize occupancy rates and enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain rigorous administrative oversight of the reservation lifecycle, including invoicing, deposit processing, and financial reconciliation
- Provide discreet and confidential service to guests, cultivating lasting relationships through anticipatory communication and personalized problem-solving
- Support the Reservations Manager by upholding service reliability and implementing best practices across all reservations operations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reservations Agent in a luxury hotel or resort
- Proficiency with Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English and French with mastery of a third language preferred
