Internship in reservations at Cheval Blanc Courchevel, a luxury 5-star palace hotel in the French Alps. Support guest experiences and hotel operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with reservation requests and inquiries, collaborating with hotel departments to provide personalized and tailored solutions
- Support the reservations team in managing booking processes with professionalism and attention to detail
- Deliver exceptional service by responding promptly to guest communications and demonstrating genuine care for guest satisfaction
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality while building strong relationships with guests and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the creation of seamless, bespoke experiences that reflect Cheval Blanc's commitment to excellence
Qualifications
- Training in hotel management or hospitality operations
- Demonstrable knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector
- Strong sales and communication aptitudes
- Fluent in English and French (written and oral)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud systems (appreciated)
- Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance standards (appreciated)
