Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks Reservation Agent in Saint Barthélemy. Luxury hospitality role managing guest experiences and reservations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage guest reservations with rigor, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc quality standards and seamless inter-departmental coordination
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs through personalized service delivery, creating memorable stays whilst optimizing property occupancy
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of all guest accommodations, facilities, and bespoke services to inform guest conversations and enhance booking appeal
  • Oversee administrative and financial aspects of reservations, including invoice preparation, deposit collection, and meticulous follow-up of each transaction phase
  • Exercise absolute confidentiality and discretion when managing guest information and preferences
  • Support the Reservations Manager in all operational aspects of the reservations function

Qualifications

  • CAP, Baccalauréat, or BTS in Hospitality and Catering or Mention Complémentaire in Reception and Welcome
  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality strongly recommended
  • Fluent English and French (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Opera property management system
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to analyze situations and adapt swiftly to changing circumstances
  • Discretion and genuine commitment to exceptional service
