Cheval Blanc seeks a Regional HR Assistant in Saint-Tropez to support multi-property HR strategy deployment across luxury hospitality properties.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner closely with operational teams and local HR functions to deploy regional HR priorities and ensure consistency of practices across all properties
- Serve as a relay and quality control point for local HR teams to guarantee the quality and compliance of HR processes
- Provide expertise to HR teams and managers in managing individual situations, employment relations, and disciplinary matters
- Actively participate in identifying, developing, and retaining talent that embodies the Cheval Blanc spirit
- Contribute to the visibility and attractiveness of the brand's roles and properties to prospective talent
- Accompany the skills development of team members and drive the pursuit of operational excellence
- Act as an active champion of the Group's human and societal commitments
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of significant experience in a generalist HR function
- Ideally acquired in luxury hospitality, service sector, or demanding multi-site environments
- Recognized leadership and service orientation with ability to build trust-based relationships
- Excellent discretion, organizational skills, and strong adaptability
- Fluent in French and English (written and oral)
- Advanced proficiency with office software and HR information systems

Experience
Minimum 5 years of significant experience in a generalist HR function, ideally acquired within luxury hospitality, the service sector, or demanding multi-site environments. Demonstrated ability to balance field proximity, operational rigor, and strategic vision.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources.

This position is based in Saint-Tropez, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France.
