Role & Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment across all departments, defining hiring needs with operational teams, validating candidate profiles, developing multichannel sourcing strategies and conducting selection interviews.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal procedures, diversity policy and applicable recruitment regulations.
• Develop the employer brand by building relationships with partner schools, participating in professional recruitment fairs and strengthening the Maison’s visibility among leading luxury hospitality talent.
• Support managers throughout recruitment processes and monitor new-hire integration.
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) tools and HR reporting to ensure a consistently high standard of organization and performance.

Qualifications

• Higher education in human resources, business or work psychology, at Bac+4/5 level, such as a Master’s in HR or a business school degree.
• At least 4 years of significant experience in a similar Recruitment Manager or Talent Acquisition Manager role, ideally in luxury hospitality, palace hotels or demanding premium-service environments.
• Fluent in professional English, written and spoken; proficiency in a second foreign language is an advantage.
• Natural leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal communication.

Experience

At least 4 years of significant experience in a similar Recruitment Manager or Talent Acquisition Manager role; at least 5 years.

Education

Higher education in human resources, business or work psychology at Bac+4/5 level, such as a Master’s in HR or a business school degree.
