Role & Responsibilities
- Participate actively in sourcing and candidate screening through the ATS platform
- Coordinate job posting distribution across relevant channels and platforms
- Organize recruitment interviews and maintain rigorous administrative follow-up
- Contribute to candidate experience initiatives and engagement throughout the recruitment pipeline
- Organize recruitment events including career fairs and open days
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with hospitality and management schools
- Support Human Resources projects and special initiatives
- Represent Cheval Blanc Paris professionally with discretion and polish
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC +3) or equivalent in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management
- Fluent written and spoken French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to represent the brand with professionalism and polish

Experience
Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or students with foundational knowledge of human resources or hospitality management. Prior experience in recruitment, HR administration, or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree (BAC +3/5) in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management, or related discipline.
