Recruitment Intern at Cheval Blanc Paris, a prestigious palace hotel. Support talent acquisition and HR initiatives in central Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support sourcing and posting of job announcements across channels
- Screen and manage candidates within the ATS, refining candidate profiles and prioritizing qualified applicants
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews in collaboration with hiring managers
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for interns, apprentices, and permanent staff members
- Design and deliver a distinctive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage administrative follow-up and documentation for all recruitment activities
- Organize and support recruitment events, including career fairs and open house sessions
- Develop and nurture partnerships with educational institutions and training programs
- Maintain and expand the candidate database and pipeline
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Represent Cheval Blanc Paris professionally, upholding the Maison's standards of excellence and discretion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC +3) or higher in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management
- Fluent written and spoken French
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR and recruitment management tools
- English language skills preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

Experience
Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates with internship or relevant academic exposure to HR or hospitality recruitment are advantaged.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC +3/5) in Human Resources Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
