Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Recruitment Manager to identify and attract future ambassadors for the Maison
  • Conduct active sourcing and manage job posting distribution across multiple channels
  • Screen and evaluate candidates using the applicant tracking system (ATS) to refine candidate selection
  • Organize and conduct candidate interviews, ensuring a distinctive candidate experience
  • Manage comprehensive administrative follow-up throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate recruitment events including job fairs and open house days
  • Develop and nurture partnerships with educational institutions and manage candidate pipelines
  • Explore new collaboration opportunities with schools and external talent networks
  • Contribute to broader HR projects supporting organizational development
  • Maintain the Maison's reputation through polished presentation and professional conduct

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +3/5) in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management
  • Fluent written and spoken French
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency with HR management tools and systems
  • English language capability preferred
