Role & Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end talent sourcing and outreach for operational and corporate roles, including job posting and candidate sourcing.
• Screen applications and manage candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); refine candidate selection and prepare shortlists.
• Organise and coordinate interviews, manage scheduling and ensure a distinguished candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Drive recruitment of interns, apprentices and entry-level employees; manage administrative follow-up and onboarding logistics.
• Plan and execute recruitment events (career fairs, open days) and cultivate partnerships with hospitality and HR schools to maintain a robust talent pool.
• Contribute to HR projects that enhance employer branding, candidate experience and acquisition processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management.
• Fluency in French, with strong written and oral communication; professional working knowledge of English is an asset.
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (Pack Office) and familiarity with HR tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• High level of discretion, organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, autonomy and a polished professional demeanour appropriate for representing a luxury hospitality brand.
