Cheval Blanc Paris seeks Recruitment Assistant for luxury hotel talent acquisition. Full-time, CDI role in Paris. Support HR team with sourcing, screening, and candidate management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Actively source and publish job announcements across multiple recruitment channels, conduct database searches, and execute targeted LinkedIn sourcing campaigns
  • Screen applications using the ATS, organize interview schedules, and coordinate logistics between candidates and operational stakeholders
  • Manage recruitment of interns, apprentices, and employees at all levels in alignment with hotel staffing requirements and quality standards
  • Process employment budget commitments and prepare candidate offer materials, including verbal proposals to selected candidates
  • Oversee all administrative tasks associated with hiring, ensuring data accuracy and smooth onboarding procedures
  • Deliver professional rejection communications to unsuccessful candidates with excellent communication practices
  • Monitor internship and apprenticeship placements in coordination with the dedicated internship coordinator
  • Develop and maintain school relationships; identify and qualify educational institutions aligned with recruitment needs
  • Support campus engagement activities, including logistics, student reception, and hotel visits
  • Coordinate and execute recruitment event campaigns and participate in hotel-organized recruitment days as needed

Qualifications

  • Higher education qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • First experience in recruitment or HR development is valued
  • Demonstrated familiarity with luxury hospitality sector and candidate experience principles
  • Proficiency in office software tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels, particularly LinkedIn
  • Native or fluent-level proficiency in French (written and spoken)
  • English language ability is appreciated
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capability
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and service orientation
  • Discretion and strong confidentiality practices
