Cheval Blanc Paris seeks Recruitment Apprentice; talent sourcing, ATS management, and event coordination in luxury hospitality. Paris-based apprenticeship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to identify and attract talent through active sourcing and job posting distribution
- Screen candidate applications via the ATS and manage the selection process to ensure quality candidate pipeline
- Coordinate and organize interviews with candidates, maintaining meticulous administrative records throughout the recruitment cycle
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment events including career fairs, open houses, and school partnership initiatives
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with educational institutions and maintain a robust candidate pool
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives supporting the maison's strategic objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC +3) or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Hotel Management, or related field
- Strong oral and written command of French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with HR tools and ATS platforms
- English language skills preferred
- Discretion and professional confidentiality
- Meticulousness and strong organizational skills
