Cheval Blanc Paris seeks Recruitment Apprentice; talent sourcing, ATS management, and event coordination in luxury hospitality. Paris-based apprenticeship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to identify and attract talent through active sourcing and job posting distribution
  • Screen candidate applications via the ATS and manage the selection process to ensure quality candidate pipeline
  • Coordinate and organize interviews with candidates, maintaining meticulous administrative records throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Support the planning and execution of recruitment events including career fairs, open houses, and school partnership initiatives
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with educational institutions and maintain a robust candidate pool
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
  • Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives supporting the maison's strategic objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BAC +3) or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Hotel Management, or related field
  • Strong oral and written command of French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with HR tools and ATS platforms
  • English language skills preferred
