Role & Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and selection of candidates across internship, apprenticeship, and permanent positions through ATS management and interview coordination
• Participate in job posting distribution and candidate database cultivation to ensure a robust talent pipeline
• Organize and execute recruitment events including career fairs and open house days, coordinating logistics and candidate engagement
• Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, identifying emerging talent pools and collaborative opportunities
• Ensure rigorous administrative follow-up and maintain exemplary candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Contribute to broader HR initiatives and projects that support organizational excellence
• Represent Cheval Blanc Paris with professionalism and discretion, embodying the maison's values of luxury hospitality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Fluent written and spoken French (essential)
• English language proficiency preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and precision
• Strong written and oral communication abilities
• Demonstrated discretion and professional comportment suitable for luxury hospitality environment

Skills

Experience

Entry-level or early-career professionals with little to no prior work experience, transitioning from formal education into the luxury hospitality sector. Demonstrated academic foundation in HR or hospitality management preferred. Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge of recruitment processes and human resources principles.

Education

Bachelor's degree (BAC+3 to BAC+5) in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management, or equivalent discipline. Currently enrolled students or recent graduates with formal HR or hospitality education are encouraged to apply.
