Cheval Blanc Paris seeks Recruitment Apprentice for LVMH luxury hotel in Paris; BAC+3, French fluent, support talent acquisition and HR initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing and selection of candidates across internship, apprenticeship, and permanent positions through ATS management and interview coordination
  • Participate in job posting distribution and candidate database cultivation to ensure a robust talent pipeline
  • Organize and execute recruitment events including career fairs and open house days, coordinating logistics and candidate engagement
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, identifying emerging talent pools and collaborative opportunities
  • Ensure rigorous administrative follow-up and maintain exemplary candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives and projects that support organizational excellence
  • Represent Cheval Blanc Paris with professionalism and discretion, embodying the maison's values of luxury hospitality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Fluent written and spoken French (essential)
  • English language proficiency preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and precision
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities
  • Demonstrated discretion and professional comportment suitable for luxury hospitality environment
