Cheval Blanc Seychelles seeks a Recreational Attendant in Mahé to deliver guest services and manage wellness facilities. Full-time, permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services across all recreational facilities, including the fitness centre, swimming pool, and wellness areas
- Oversee and support day-to-day operations of the Maison's gymnasium and recreational amenities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and safety standards throughout fitness and wellness facilities
- Respond flexibly to diverse operational requirements and guest requests
- Manage multiple priorities independently whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Perform duties effectively under pressure whilst upholding the Maison's elevated service standards
Qualifications
- Diploma and/or relevant certification in hospitality, fitness, or recreational facility management
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in recreational facility operations, fitness centre management, or comparable hospitality service roles within luxury hospitality environments.
Education
Diploma and/or relevant certification in hospitality management, fitness instruction, recreational facility operations, or a related discipline.
