Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, welcoming reception to each guest from arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.
- Collaborate closely with Concierges, Butlers (Majordomes) and Housekeeping to coordinate bespoke guest services and fulfil special requests.
- Manage front-office operations including guest registration, billing, folios and check-out with precision and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs, advise on house services and local experiences, and apply brand standards to every interaction.
- Personalise service to optimise guest satisfaction and actively drive incremental revenue through informed upselling of hotel services and experiences.
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail, confidentiality and responsiveness in all guest communications and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Secondary technical diploma in hospitality (Bac Technologique Hôtellerie) or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Previous experience in front-desk or guest reception roles; 2 years' experience in luxury hotel front office is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- Additional language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese) highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work within established luxury service standards with discretion and impeccable interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in front-desk or guest reception roles is required; 2 years in luxury hotel operations is preferred. Experience collaborating with concierge and butler teams and handling billing/folio procedures is advantageous.
