Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily arrivals and departures and maintain updated booking and occupancy schedules
  • Process all bookings received via telephone and email promptly within 24 hours
  • Prepare for guest arrivals by printing registration cards and organizing group folders according to established procedures
  • Execute guest check-ins and check-outs in compliance with Hotel Pitrizza's operational procedures and luxury standards
  • Provide five-star hospitality consistent with Hotel Pitrizza's reputation and luxury hotel expectations
  • Comply with credit guarantee procedures including credit card authorization and deposit processing
  • Organize and process guest departures including billing and room release according to hotel procedures
  • Enforce guest safe procedures and uphold fundamental personal safety and hygiene regulations
  • Complete all administrative tasks as per the daily shift checklist
  • Maintain cleanliness and order within reception and lobby areas

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office operations at a luxury hotel
  • Excellent communication skills and proven flexibility
  • Strong team orientation with curiosity and motivation to learn and grow
  • Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous
