Cheval Blanc Paris seeks a Reception Intern in Paris — full-time internship in front-desk guest relations and operations at Cheval Blanc Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, personalised welcome and sustain high standards of guest service throughout each stay in line with the Maison’s LQA and operational procedures.
- Act as an ambassador for Cheval Blanc’s service ethos, exercising discretion, confidentiality and empathy in all guest interactions.
- Manage and update guest Cardex and essential records; collect and report guest feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Coordinate efficiently with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and follow up on interdepartmental requisitions.
- Perform administrative duties related to reservations, check-in/check-out processes and front-office reporting, ensuring impeccable presentation of paperwork and systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a higher education program in hospitality, hotel management or a related field.
- Knowledge or strong interest in luxury hotel operations and service standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory); proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese) is a strong advantage.
- Impeccable interpersonal skills, discretion, courtesy and a service-oriented demeanour.
- Organised, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise tasks under operational constraints and to work collaboratively in a team.
