Cheval Blanc St-Barth in Saint Barthélemy seeks a Quality Manager to lead LQA audits and elevate guest experience (full-time, CDI).
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and operationalise the Cheval Blanc quality standard across the hotel; lead, schedule and conduct LQA audits and transform findings into measurable improvement actions.
- Coach, train and mentor Ambassadors (hotel staff) to embed service rituals, anticipating guest needs and ensuring consistently elevated interactions.
- Translate audit results into clear action plans, working cross-functionally with departments to raise standards and track progress.
- Protect guest confidentiality and ensure discreet, refined service delivery at every touchpoint.
- Monitor guest feedback and operational metrics to identify trends, propose corrective measures and sustain continuous improvement.
- Serve as an ambassador of the Cheval Blanc culture, cultivating attention to detail, refinement and emotional intelligence across teams.
Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or equivalent education.
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury hospitality, quality management or hotel operations, preferably in an upscale resort or palace environment.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience conducting audits and implementing corrective action plans.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and a refined sense of service; strong organisational aptitude and attention to detail.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury hotel operations, quality assurance or a comparable hospitality management role, with demonstrated experience conducting audits and leading service improvement initiatives.
Education
Higher education diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Management or related field.
