Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks a Quality Manager in Saint Barthélemy to lead LQA standards, audits and elevate guest experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all LQA (Luxury Quality Assurance) audits across the hotel; design audit schedules, conduct onsite assessments and produce actionable reports.
  • Define, monitor and continuously refine service standards and operational procedures to ensure flawless guest experiences consistent with the Maison’s signature.
  • Coach, train and mentor Ambassadors and departmental leaders to embed Cheval Blanc service principles and translate standards into daily practice.
  • Analyze audit findings and performance data to deliver targeted improvement plans, drive corrective actions and measure outcomes.
  • Anticipate service risks and operational deviations; implement preventive measures to safeguard guest satisfaction and brand integrity.
  • Partner with departmental heads (front office, F&B, housekeeping, spa, etc.) to ensure quality alignment, harmonize standards and oversee implementation of best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, report to senior management and contribute to strategic initiatives that elevate the guest journey.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in Hospitality Management, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in luxury hotel operations, quality assurance or a related administrative role.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise, prioritise and process information with exacting accuracy.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills, discretion, responsiveness and a service-minded, benevolent leadership style.

Experience

At least 3 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality quality assurance, operations or administrative roles, with demonstrated exposure to audit processes and team coaching.

Education

Higher education diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Management or equivalent.
