Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks a Quality Assurance Intern to support luxury hospitality excellence in Saint-Barthélemy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor service and product quality across guest accommodations, public spaces, and food and beverage venues in collaboration with departmental teams
- Accompany implementation of LQA standards and Cheval Blanc service procedures, supporting staff coaching and new talent onboarding
- Track guest satisfaction surveys and feedback, identifying service gaps and coordinating corrective action follow-up
- Prepare for and support LQA audit cycles, creating analytical reports and performance dashboards to inform strategic improvements
- Ensure compliance with appearance standards, hygiene protocols, and internal safety procedures across all operational areas
- Develop and deliver training materials to reinforce Cheval Blanc service culture and standards amongst team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying enhancement opportunities and monitoring implementation outcomes
Qualifications
- Upper secondary or higher education in hospitality management or related discipline
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong digital literacy
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality operations (preferred)
- Prior quality assurance or hospitality experience (valued)
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or early-career hospitality professionals. Hospitality or quality assurance background is preferred but not required for candidates with strong foundational knowledge in hotel operations or service management.
Education
Upper secondary education required; higher education in hospitality management, business administration, or hotel operations strongly preferred.
