Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate service and product quality across guest rooms, public areas, and culinary operations in collaboration with all departments
- Support the identification of improvement opportunities and track corrective actions following guest feedback or observed service gaps
- Assist with the transmission of LQA standards and Cheval Blanc service philosophy to team members through training support, coaching, and onboarding initiatives
- Track guest satisfaction surveys, analyze guest feedback, and document experiences within the property
- Support preparation and monitoring of LQA audits and develop supporting documentation, reports, and performance management tools
- Ensure compliance with appearance standards, hygiene and safety protocols, and internal operating procedures
- Contribute to the development of a demanding yet warm service culture through exemplary conduct, active involvement, and collaborative spirit
Qualifications
- Upper secondary education in Hotel Management, Human Resources, or General Management
- Demonstrated knowledge of luxury hospitality sector
- First-hand experience in quality assurance or hospitality operations preferred
