Internship opportunity for Procurement Intern at Cheval Blanc St-Barth, Saint Barthélemy. Support luxury hotel logistics and supply chain operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support procurement planning and supplier relationship management for luxury hotel operations, including fine dining and spa services
- Manage inventory tracking, warehouse organization, and stock verification procedures to maintain operational excellence
- Process purchase orders, verify invoices, and maintain procurement documentation with meticulous attention to administrative compliance
- Optimize supply chain flows and storage systems to preserve product quality and ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance procurement efficiency and resource management
- Assist with reconciliation of purchasing data and financial documentation to ensure operational transparency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Education in Hospitality Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Prior experience in procurement, hospitality, or logistics operations preferred
- Fluent in French and English (written and oral)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
- Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
