Payroll Manager position at Cheval Blanc Paris, a luxury hospitality property. Full-time role managing payroll compliance and HR administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage complete payroll cycle including monthly preparation, processing, and verification of employee compensation data
- Verify coherence of salary records for new hires, departing employees, promotions, and salary increases
- Prepare final settlement statements and manage supplementary payroll for extra staff and advance payments
- Handle HR administration and coordinate with Human Resources on all payroll-related matters
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and timekeeping management systems (GTA)
- Ensure positive employee experience regarding payroll administration and maintain confidentiality standards
- Maintain compliance with all French legal payroll requirements and regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar payroll or HR administrative role, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Advanced qualification (BAC +3) in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems (ADP Decidium, Kelio, Peopledoc)
- Fluent written and spoken French; English proficiency highly valued
- Discretion, pragmatism, and strong adaptability
- Exceptional attention to detail, rigor, and organizational skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Professional representation of Cheval Blanc through maintained image and demeanor
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in a similar payroll or HR administrative position, preferably within luxury hospitality environments. Demonstrated expertise in complete payroll cycle management, including legal compliance, data verification, and settlement processing.
Education
Advanced tertiary qualification (BAC +3 or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
