Cheval Blanc (LVMH) in Paris seeks a Payroll Assistant — full‑time CDI to manage end‑to‑end payroll and HR administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate monthly payroll runs and compliance with legal obligations.
- Verify and maintain payroll-related employee data (hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes) and prepare final settlements (soldes de tout compte).
- Process extras, advances and off-cycle payments; reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and improve HR and payroll procedures, including time & attendance (GTA) processes, to optimise accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure a positive employee experience and to respond to payroll-related enquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum three years' practical experience in payroll administration, ideally within hospitality or luxury service environments.
- High level of discretion, rigor, organisation and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professional presentation and the ability to represent the Maison with tact.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken); professional or conversational English is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably within luxury hospitality or a comparable service-driven sector, responsible for full payroll cycles and payroll-related HR administration.
Education
