Cheval Blanc Paris seeks a Payroll & HR Manager (CDD, Apr–Oct 2026) in Paris to lead payroll, HR administration and compliance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the payroll and personnel administration team (ADP & Paie), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Guarantee compliance with French labor law and internal HR policies, and ensure adherence to established procedures.
  • Coordinate the monthly payroll process in partnership with the external payroll provider and the Finance Department.
  • Manage and follow up on disciplinary cases in collaboration with the HR Director.
  • Maintain complete and accurate employee records and HR file documentation.
  • Deliver a high-quality employee experience through proactive HR administration and responsive stakeholder support.
  • Prepare HR reporting and liaise with external vendors and internal departments on payroll and benefits matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or equivalent (Bac+3/5).
  • Minimum five years’ professional experience in payroll and personnel administration, with prior experience in luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environments.
  • Proven experience supervising an HR/payroll team and working with external payroll providers.
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) required; professional English is appreciated.
  • Strong discretion, organisational rigor, precision and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy and a professional appearance consistent with representing a luxury Maison.

Experience

Minimum five years of progressive experience in payroll and personnel administration, including a similar role within luxury hospitality and responsibility for supervising an HR/payroll team.
