Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare mise en place and assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the confection and elaboration of pastries and desserts
- Execute preliminary product preparation tasks in accordance with culinary techniques and established protocols
- Ensure service delivery according to hotel procedures and standards, maintaining impeccable guest experiences
- Present and distribute plated desserts with meticulous attention to culinary presentation
- Maintain full compliance with HACCP food safety standards and Maison procedures in all kitchen operations
- Manage maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen premises and equipment to the highest standards
- Participate in goods reception following established protocols and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- BEP/CAP Pâtisserie or equivalent pastry certification
- BAC PRO Cuisine or Mention Complémentaire Desserts de Restaurant
- Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP food safety protocols
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining establishments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of significant service experience in a high-standing establishment comparable to luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurants. Prior experience in similar establishments is mandatory.
Education
BEP/CAP Pâtisserie, BAC PRO Cuisine, or Mention Complémentaire Desserts de Restaurant required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
