Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the pastry brigade, ensuring flawless execution of all dessert creations and adherence to the Maison's standards
  • Oversee pastry production from conception through final presentation, maintaining consistency across all offerings
  • Guarantee scrupulous compliance with HACCP hygiene and food safety protocols across the pastry kitchen
  • Develop innovative recipes and update technical specifications to elevate the pastry program and surprise discerning guests
  • Manage pastry kitchen resources strategically to optimize both quality and operational efficiency
  • Foster a stimulating and productive work environment, motivating and training team members with exceptional leadership

Qualifications

  • BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in culinary arts
  • Extensive experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred establishments
