Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute preparatory tasks and mise en place for pastry and dessert production
  • Assist Demi-Chefs and Chefs de Partie in the confection and elaboration of pastries and contemporary desserts
  • Ensure service delivery according to hotel standards and procedures, guaranteeing flawless guest experience
  • Oversee plating and dish presentation, maintaining the rigorous aesthetic standards of the Maison
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment in strict compliance with HACCP protocols
  • Receive and process incoming ingredients and materials according to established protocols
  • Contribute to the continuous quality of the pastry and dessert offering across all venues

Qualifications

  • BEP/CAP Pâtisserie or equivalent professional pastry certification
  • BAC PRO Cuisine or Mention Complémentaire Desserts de Restaurant qualification
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP food safety regulations
  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred establishments
  • Minimum three years of significant service experience in fine dining or luxury hotel establishments of comparable standing

Experience
