LVMH Hotel Management internship in Paris: Operations support for luxury hotels. January–July 2027, on-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and adapt management tools for newly opening hotel properties
- Support Department Directors and General Management teams in process design, tooling, and analysis
- Create guest-facing documents including client correspondence, disclaimers, activity portfolios, and room directories
- Configure and generate reports from operational platforms including Seven Rooms, Concierge Organizer, Opera, and Knowcross
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to guest experience, including sourcing of operating supplies and equipment, renovation initiatives, and customer journey innovations
- Monitor, analyze, and produce periodic reporting of quality KPIs including mystery audit findings from Leading Quality Assurance, NPS, and guest satisfaction surveys
- Maintain and enhance the guest experience portfolio
- Provide support as needed for management of guest feedback and e-reputation monitoring
Qualifications
- Master's 2 student in hospitality school specialization or equivalent university degree
- Fluent English (C1 level expected) and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel including pivot tables
- Prior experience in hotel accommodation departments such as Front Office or Guest Relations highly valued
