Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee creation, updates, and review of all printed marketing materials (stationery, brochures, menus) across hotel properties to ensure brand consistency
- Coordinate with local partners and headquarters departments to identify marketing needs and develop tailored promotional tools, event invitations, and menu translations
- Manage production workflows with external vendors including printers and design partners
- Maintain and update hotel websites and digital platforms
- Develop and monitor paid search campaigns and newsletter initiatives
- Conduct continuous brand identity audits across internal and external content to ensure consistency and timely brand updates
- Support creation and rollout of Marketing plans for each property in coordination with Communications and Commercial teams
- Analyze key performance indicators and prepare reporting materials for executive reviews
- Monitor competitive landscape, emerging hospitality concepts, and industry trends to inform strategic planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Strategic Marketing, or equivalent from a business school or university
- Desired experience in Marketing project management or Communications
- Sensitivity to luxury and hospitality sectors
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and proficiency in PowerPoint
- Fluent written and oral communication in French and English (C1 equivalent)
- Proactive, curious, creative, and adaptable mindset
- Detail-oriented with commitment to excellence and strong organizational skills

Entry-level; candidate should be in final year of Master's programme or recently graduated. Desired experience in Marketing project management or Communications within luxury or hospitality sectors.
